The Routine Laboratory sells digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase.

Because digital files cannot be returned, refunds are generally not available once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

That said, if you experience a problem with your order, please reach out. If a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or significantly different from what was described, we’ll do our best to make it right.
